Aidan, Brayden, Ashleigh, Wayne, Annie, Hayley, Skye and Raeha The Lakeview Enviro Club is a group that is made up of a group of students in the Senior Syndicate. The Enviro Club intitative idea came from the students themselves. The group is looking to look at ways in which the school environment can be beautified, enhanced and utilised. The Recycling Programme These are some projects that have been in place for some time; with one particular example being the recycling programme. Every week a class is assigned to recycle the vast amount of rubbish that a school of over 450 students produces. It's incredible to see how much rubbish is recycled. The children get a sense of satisfaction knowing that instead of heading for the landfill, the rubbish will instead be used again for some purpose.

We would like to thank Jill Stringer for the work that she did with the HeHa grant application. Thanks Jill, your hard work has made our school garden dream a real possibility.
